Mr. Parce joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner 2008.He adds to the firm extensive knowledge of and experience in the very involved practice of North Carolina real estate law. Mr. Parce graduated from the University of North Carolina–Asheville. He earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University. He became a member of the North Carolina State Bar in 1992. His areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate and estate administration, Social Security, workers' compensation, and general litigation.

In the past he has served on the board of the North Carolina Land Title Association. Additionally, he has done pro-bono work and served on the board of Western Carolina Community Action. He currently is a member of Henderson County Planning Board and Hendersonville Rotary Club.
