Ervin Bazzle approaches law and its practice as a means of making life better for the people and the community he serves. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he entered the United States Army. While in service, he was selected to attend law school and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Bazzle was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1976 and the North Carolina State Bar in 1984. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Trial Attorneys and is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Bazzle concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury (plaintiff), Social Security (disability), workers’ compensation, planning and estate administration, business and corporate law, and real estate law.
Mr. Bazzle has served as a director of Hendersonville Rotary Club, Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, Henderson County YMCA, Dispute Settlement Center, and the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County. He presently chairs the Henderson County School Board. He brings to your case extraordinary understanding of the legal system, vast local experience and an ability to build consensus on difficult issues.

Combining a sharp mind with readily apparent compassion, Eugene Carr represents, protects, defends and supports his clients with great success through some of the toughest periods of their lives. Mr. Carr focuses his practice in the areas of family law, family law mediation, criminal law, estate planning, elder law, personal injury (defense), personal injury (plaintiff), probate and estate administration, and workers’ compensation. He is board certified in family law and is currently in the process of completing his certification as a family financial mediator (October 2006).
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Yale University, he earned his degree in law from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1985.
His pro-bono activities include work for Mountain Area Lawyers. He also volunteers with and supports Hendersonville Four Seasons Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club, Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra, Carolina Day School Alumni Board and the Yale University Alumni Schools Committee for Western North Carolina.

Mr. Parce joined Bazzle & Carr, PA, in 2006, adding to our firm his extensive knowledge of and experience in the very involved practice of North Carolina real estate law. Mr. Parce graduated from the University of North Carolina–Asheville. He earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University. He became a member of the North Carolina State Bar in 1992. His areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate and estate administration, Social Security, workers’ compensation, and general litigation.
In addition to serving as a board member of the North Carolina Land Title Association, Mr. Parce is chairman of the litigation subcommittee for the N.C. Real Property Section of the N.C. Bar Association. He has done pro-bono work and served on the board of Western Carolina Community Action. He currently is a member of Henderson County Planning Board and Hendersonville Rotary Club.
