General Civil Litigation

Our firm prosecutes and defends matters in the Civil Courts (District, Superior and Federal) that are in litigation.  The firm has had extensive experience in collections, construction cases, property disputes, will contests and other types of general civil litigation.  We will consult with clients to determine if a case has merit and is worth pursuing through the courts, or in order to defend a matter where suit has already been commenced.  We will work diligently with clients through the initiation of the case and through discovery, mediation and trial.
