In the interest of saving clients the ordeal of court, as well as saving them significant money and time, Bazzle & Carr, PA, offers mediation services to resolve certain legal disputes and other adversarial matters. Attorney Eugene M. Carr is currently in the process of earning certification as a mediator (anticipated certification date October 31, 2006) with a concentration in the area of family financial matters. Being a board-certified, family law attorney and having extensive experience litigating family law, Mr. Carr is especially adept at mediating the complex financial issues surrounding divorce—including property division, child and spousal support, and custody issues. He will also be certified to mediate matters under the jurisdiction of the Clerk of Court of Henderson County (including contested guardianships and probate matters), civil cases filed with the District or Superior Courts, cases before the Court of Appeals, and workers’ compensation matters.
