Attorney Eugene M. Carr is certified by and has been appointed by the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts as a family financial mediator. Being a board-certified, family law attorney and having extensive experience litigating family law, Mr. Carr is especially adept at mediating the complex financial issues surrounding divorce—including property division, child and spousal support, and custody issues. He is also certified to mediate matters under the jurisdiction of the Clerk of Court of Henderson County (including contested guardianships and probate matters), civil cases filed with the District or Superior Courts, cases before the Court of Appeals, and workers’ compensation matters.
